Elytra disabled to avoid chunk loading lag

Just a heads up - Elytra use has been disabled for the time being, to potentially help alleviate lag - as players flying high and fast could load a lot of chunks quite quickly, and if any of those are chunks requiring generation, things will get hairy quickly.

So - if you're lucky enough to have Elytra wings, don't try jumping off a real high cliff to use them, as you'll have an unpleasant landing!
